The goal of the Real Estate Division is to create an integrated real estate management and operating organization. To this end, we are transforming the way we approach the development and management of Berkeley’s on-campus and off-campus facilities, working to become a highly dynamic planning, management, development, and construction organization focused on customer service, operating efficiencies, and new revenue generation. Our goal is to create a structure that positions Berkeley to better respond to the rapidly changing challenges and opportunities that we confront.
