Maximo

The IBM® Maximo® Asset Management suite has been selected as the replacement for the Asset Management and Facilities Services current work order system (SPAN & Dynalogic). Maximo is industry-leading, comprehensive solution for managing physical assets.  on a common platform in asset-intensive industries. In addition, the system will enable web and mobile access for AM-FS staff and clients.

New IT Equipment, replacements, or software purchases

To ensure that all orders meet both departmental and campus requirements, all technology orders need to be approved by the appropriate manager and reviewed by REIT. Do not place orders directly through BearBuy or Campus Shared Services.

CONTACT: 

  1. Complete the Technology Order Form. You can either print the form, or complete it electronically and email to your approver. 
  2. Provide Chartstring for charges (to be verifed by RE Budget and Finance office).
  3. Once approved, submit the signed TOF form to RE IT (Steve Dalton or Greg Colf) for review.
  4. RE IT will coordinate with RE Purchasing or  Campus Shared Services to place, configure and deliver the equipment.
